• This is an irrelevant project since there were two toilets which were built by the former MP Maina Kamanda and they were not completed.

• The community/ beneficiaries should be fully involved in the implementation of the project
• A project committee should be formed to supervise and monitor the implementation process
• In case of misuse of fund the area MP should be arrested and prosecuted and the contractor black listed
